You should not need to leave any messages on the answer phone. If your call is regarding a change of personal information then you must call back during office hours. If your call is to cancel a job, then you must call one of the following numbers 24 hours before the shoot date.

Bookings & Cancellations
When you accept a job we will expect you to attend. If for some reason you cannot attend, you MUST inform the agency immediately in order that we may explain to the client and organize a replacement where possible. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice –Any cancellations given less than 24 hours could require you to supply us with a certified doctors certificate or relevant form of dismissal. In the event that you cannot submit this information, you may be eligible to pay the agency the commission as compensation due to the lost booking.
When accepting a job with us, you must ring the office the day before for your details between 1600 hrs + 1800 hrs.
It is essential that you also call the office the day after the booking with your finish times when doing Photographic, Commercial Pop Videos, Corporate Video shoots and any other timed shoots.
Please acknowledge and return any calls left on your answering machines, even if you are not available for the booking required.
We INSIST all artistes keep in regular contact with the agency informing us of their availability, holidays and other commitments.
RapidTalent charges a yearly book fee of £49.99. This is taken from work we find you. There is no upfront payment.
Late arrival to calls
Always arrive early for work. If you are going to be late for any reason you must call the office or the mobile number above (out of hours only) and let us know immediately.
Measurements
Always keep us up to date with your measurements., or ultimately change them online.
Financial Information
We pay by the BACS system direct into your bank account. You will be sent a statement of what has been paid into your account. Please always check both your bank statements and our statements carefully. If we do not have your current bank details a £2.00 handling fee will be deducted as an extra cost to cover our bank charges Payments are processed within 7 working days from cleared funds.
Chasing Overdue Payments
We will try to answer any questions about fees on the telephone but would ask for any account enquiry to be put in writing or email and addressed to Jason Warren (accounts@rapidtalent.co.uk) You should expect payment for TV within 8 weeks, Commercial within 10 weeks and Photographic within 12-18 weeks. Please do not leave it too long before you chase up an overdue payment and always have your diary with a record of a job to hand when you call.

Press and Publicity
Any publicity resulting from a job must be discussed by the agency first. The artist is reminded that script and program confidentiality is vital and you must no disclose information about characters or program or commercial without prior permission from Rapid Talent Ltd and producer and/or the advertising agency of the shoot.
I would like to register with Rapid Talent Ltd. I agree that the information given by me on this form is correct and may be entered on to the computer database. I understand that commission is due to the agency on any professional work obtained directly or indirectly through any introduction via Rapid Talent ltd. I understand that the agency makes payments within 7 days of cleared funds form the relevant client, but Rapid talent Ltd does not accept liability for bankrupt or defaulting clients who owe fees. I am aware that if I do not fulfill, or am late for a booking, that I may be responsible for any waiting time of fees incurred for other models, studio hire etc. I understand that If I fail to turn up for a call without prior notice and without a very good reason I will be charged full commission for that job and I will no longer be represented by the agency.
